How can I get a receipt for a recent transaction?
You can access a recent of all transaction in the mobile app
Go to “My location”, click “History of Available Sites”, then “Receipt”
How do I change my email address in the mobile app?
You will need to register on the app again with the new email address and then contact any location(s) that you have a balance at and ask them to change your email address so it matches your new account and you can see the balance.
How do I move from a range card to the mobile app?
You will need to register in the Select Pi app with an email address. This email address must match your account inside the proshop for your balance to show up in the app.
Why can I not reload my balance on the app?
If a facility has opted to not take credit card payments at the ball machine, reloads on the mobile app are not available
Can I buy a single bucket instead of adding money to my balance?
Yes, you can. Go straight to “balls” and select a size. You will then be prompted to purchase the bucket and a QR code is displayed to scan at the ball machine.
How much is the system?
$175/month for a single dispenser, $275/month for a double dispenser, and $500 Setup and Training. 90 day guarantee where you can switch back if you are not satisfied with Select Pi without paying anything.

What is the process of getting the Select Pi system?
Once the purchase is made your order will be prepared and shipped out. We will then contact you about scheduling an install date where we are available via phone to assist in getting everything up and running.
I am currently using another system, how does the switch work with all our current member data?
We can import customer information (name, phone number, email, etc.) and their balance.
What do I need to install the dispenser?
The dispenser must have power and a wired internet connection. You can achieve this any way you would like, as long as it is terminated with an ethernet cable into the network switch inside the dispenser.
What happens with existing range cards and keys for current golfers?
Existing range card information will be migrated to the new system and golfers with keys will need to convert to using the Select Pi mobile app.
Which processing partners do you work with?
In the US, Pineapple Payments (part of FiServ) is our preferred processor. In Canada, we work with GPS (Global Processing Services). For golf facilities on military bases, we work with Chase Payments.
If you wish to take credit cards at the dispenser, you must setup a merchant account with the appropriate partner before your installation date.
How does POS integration work?
POS integration works for single use pin and QR codes sold in the proshop. In the future it will work for range plans as well.
What payment options does it take?
Credit Card, mobile payment (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay), QR codes, cash, the mobile app and member cards.
How many bucket sizes can we have?
We can display 4 bucket sizes on the dispenser, but there is no limit available in the proshop via pin code only.
How does the mobile app work?
The Select Pi mobile app comes free with the system. Golfers can download the app on their phones, setup an account, and make purchases right at the dispenser with their phone. Existing range accounts can also be linked to the mobile app.
Is there an additional cost for the Select Pi mobile app?
No, the mobile app comes standard with the purchase of the system at no additional cost.
What reporting capabilities are there?
The system has reports for the proshop sales, dispenser sales, combined sales, and statistics.
How does Select Pi increase revenue?
The system allows the machine to run fully unattended and makes it easier for customers to purchase secondary impulse buckets
Can I use tokens with the system?
Tokens do work still but should be used as backup as there is a lot of fraud that can happen with there.

No, we have a specific processing partners with Select Pi
