Dispenser Network Requirements

A network connection is required at the dispenser. Cat5/6 cabling is ideal but wireless options are available.

For redundancy each dispenser control panel should have its own Ethernet cable.

The dispenser plugs into a standard wall receptacle. A surge protector is recommended. The dispenser uses DHCP to acquire an IP address.

Computer Requirements

• Microsoft Win10 64bit Operating System with administrative level credentials for the install
• 8 GB RAM (min)
• External UPS (battery backup) power supply for the computer

Credit Card Processing Setup

The dispenser's credit card processing account is setup by Abhishek Badhan at Global Payment Systems. Setup may take a week to complete. Abhishek also provides access to an online portal and instructions on how to view reports and bank deposits.

Install Scheduling

Aaron Morris leads the Select Pi installation, training and support processes. Installs are conducted over the phone and via a secure remote connection to your computer. Please schedule your installation for earlier in the week to provide time for training.
